  • What does the floor plan look like?

  • How do we load-in to the show?
    You will be able to load in on Friday, February 24th. In order to make this as smooth as possible, those with multiple booths will go first and can start loading in at 12 noon. Those with single booths and/or limited items may load in at 1:30pm or later – or as early as 8am on Saturday, February 25th. The Albany Capital Center’s loading dock is located on the left side of the building at 54 Howard Street, Albany, NY 12207. Exhibitors will be able to pull off the street into the loading dock. Should exhibitors have only a few items to move in, we suggest using the parking in the Albany Capital Center’s parking garage. Should exhibitors choose to park in the parking garage, there is access to a passenger elevator that can be used to bring you up to the 1st Level of the Capital Center.
  • How do we load-out of the show?
    The Expo closes at 4pm on Sunday, February 26th, 2022 and exhibitors are required to stay until then. Load out and break down will start at 4pm.
  • Where do we park as Exhibitors?
    The GPS Address for the Albany Capital Center Parking Garage entrance is 7 Wendell Street, Albany, NY, 12207. In addition to the dedicated Albany Capital Center Garage, the following garages are all directly connected to the Albany Capital Center via enclosed walkways: Times Union Center Parking Garage, located at 100 Beaver Street Albany, NY 12207, The Renaissance Albany Parking Garage, located at 49 Howard Street, Albany NY 12207, and The Empire State Plaza Visitor Parking Lot, located at S Mall Arterial, V Lot, Albany NY 12207. If your vehicle is larger than 7′ please contact Mike Deep at 413-664-1053 to make arrangements.
